The equipment is successfully used in the processing of chrome ore, a material with high density and increased abrasiveness. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">ROITECH has produced <strong>2 RT-HS series horizontal screens made of high-strength steel.<\/strong> The equipment is optimally suited for wet screening processes, where high classification efficiency is critical, as well as resistance to wear and adhesion of the screening surface.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf73062570dab665ce155d5433351f21\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Scope of delivery and design features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">The following products were produced for the enterprise:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>RT-HSS1836<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>screen <\/strong> with a capacity of 160 t\/h;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>RT-HSS2448<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>screen <\/strong> with a capacity of 280 t\/h, designed for simultaneous operation with two classes of material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">A special feature of the RT-HSS 2448 screen is <strong>the split screening surface<\/strong>: the loading and unloading are completely independent for the two streams \u2013 the ferrosilicon slurry and the tailings.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">Taking into account the different bulk densities of the materials, the body and walls of the screen were additionally <strong>reinforced to a thickness of 12 mm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2565847d9ce9a694c21ce1f3009d3ef5\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Engineering adaptation to the existing line<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">One of the key requirements of the customer was the integration of the equipment into the existing technological chain without modification of the supporting metal structures and foundations.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">Despite the strict restrictions on geometry and configuration, additional solutions were implemented in the design to increase the reliability of the equipment:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>lining<\/strong> of areas of increased wear with polyurethane with a thickness of 6 mm, which is especially important when working in wet screening conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>A redesigned type of fasteners<\/strong> that simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5f301564a5b7358e5e07a1b9e19635f2\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Proven Performance in Real-World Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">The screens have been designed and manufactured with high precision, in full compliance with the specified dimensions and reliability requirements.
