Four pumps are made in a special configuration adapted to the requirements of the technological process. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\">The delivery will include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/roitech.cn\/products\/flowtech\/slurry\/rt-ah\/\"><strong>RT-AH 14\/12 ST<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Heavy Duty Horizontal Pumps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/roitech.cn\/products\/flowtech\/slurry\/rt-m\/\"><strong>RT-M 10\/8 F<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 horizontal pumps for operation at an average concentration of solid in the pulp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\"><strong>The VSD 200 TV<\/strong> is a specialized solution for drainage systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\">The VSD 200 TV pumps are an example <strong>of an unconventional engineering approach:<\/strong> the equipment combines the advantages of a vertical design with the hydraulic characteristics of a horizontal slurry pump.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Challenge: High Head in a Limited Layout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\">The dewatering area required <strong>a vertical semi-submersible pump with a head of about 42 meters<\/strong>. Commercial vertical pumps do not provide such head characteristics, and the use of a standard horizontal pump is not possible under the conditions of the existing layout. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Solution: A combination of the two series<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329\">The solution was <strong>a combination of equipment:<\/strong> the hydraulic part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/roitech.cn\/products\/flowtech\/slurry\/rt-ah\/\">RT-AH<\/a><\/strong> horizontal pump was adapted for vertical design based on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/roitech.cn\/products\/flowtech\/slurry\/rt-sp\/\">RT-SP<\/a><\/strong> series bearing unit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the pumps are equipped with <strong>agitators<\/strong> that prevent the deposition of solids and allow the useful sump volume to be maintained.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>Expertise at the heart of the<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329\">Such a design requires <strong>serious technical study and production expertise<\/strong>: it is necessary to ensure the joint operation of the horizontal flow part and the vertical bearing unit, take into account the operating modes of the equipment and eliminate vibrations along the length of the string.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-13 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329\">ROITECH was able to implement the equipment taking into account all the requirements of the process and operating conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#269483;font-size:24px\"><strong>History of cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\"><strong>This is the third time<\/strong> that ROITECH pumps have been manufactured for this customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#1a2329;font-size:20px\"><strong>In 2022, <\/strong>ROITECH equipment appeared at the plant for the first time \u2013 in the form of <strong>RT-MCU
