ROITECH has completed the largest order since entering the Indonesian market for the production of pipeline valves for one of the country’s leading gold mining enterprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The equipment is intended for the gold recovery plant, which is currently at the expansion stage. As part of the order, 134 sets of slurry knife gate valves of the RT-KGV series<\/a><\/strong> with manual and pneumatic control were manufactured. <\/p>\n\n

Despite the significant volume of delivery, the entire set of equipment was produced in just two months.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Customization for Increased Reliability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The delivery includes both models with a rubber seal of the RT-KGV-SL series<\/strong> and with a polyurethane (PU) seat of the RT-KGV-WA series<\/strong>. They will work in various areas of the factory, mainly in slurry pipelines, where the equipment is constantly exposed to abrasive materials and high wear resistance is required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some of the gate valves, the design of the polyurethane seat was modified taking into account the customer’s request. A special groove in the lower part<\/strong> will allow the flow of the working medium to wash out material particles and prevent their accumulation, improving the reliability of the equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

From single deliveries to large orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Until a few years ago, ROITECH equipment supplies to Indonesia were limited to individual items. Today, we are talking about hundreds of units of equipment for large production facilities. <\/p>\n\n

One of the features of the order was remote acceptance.<\/strong> Representatives of the customer’s enterprise and ROITECH distributor in Indonesia participated in the inspection via video link, observed the testing and verification of finished products in real time.<\/p>\n\n

The large order was an important stage in the development of ROITECH in the Southeast Asian market and confirmed the demand for the company’s products at mining enterprises in the region.<\/p>\n\n
