The first project was started last year and involved the production of the ROITECH RT-TC series horizontal froth pump<\/strong> with a metal flow and a vortex-type impeller that eliminates direct contact with the pumped product. This type of pump is used where it is necessary to pump solids with minimal destruction. <\/p>\n\n

The equipment is installed for the process of pumping coal sorbent for a high-tech enterprise for the extraction and processing of gold-bearing ores in Kazakhstan. The project implementation period (from approval to delivery) was 3 months. At the moment, the equipment has been put into operation and meets all the declared indicators: capacity 45m3, head 25m. <\/p>\n\n

The second project is the supply of horizontal froth pumps of the RT-AHF and RT-MF series<\/strong> for a Kazakh mining company that specializes in the extraction and production of copper. The main task of this project was to organize the pumping of thick foam products and high-viscosity slurry to a height of more than 25 meters. <\/p>\n\n

We managed to demonstrate to the customer the high accuracy of calculations in the selection of ROITECH pumping equipment. The team showed a high level of professionalism and coherence in work, which made it possible to quickly organize production, optimize logistics and reduce the planned delivery time of pumps. <\/p>\n\n
