ROITECH Pneumatic Screen Damping System
ROITECH incorporates a pneumatic damping system into the design of screens. The new solution reduces vibration and dynamic loads, increasing the reliability and service life of the equipment.
In contrast to the traditional spring-loaded scheme, ROITECH screens can be designed with pneumatic bags. Compressed air in them provides improved shock absorption of the equipment.
Such a technology:
- eliminates heavy vibration isolation frame from the design, reducing dynamic loads on the screen foundation and reducing the overall size of the unit;
- Allows resonant frequencies to flow smoothly during start and stop, protecting the motor, drive and screen box from shock loads.
The result is improved reliability and longer screen life, reduced energy consumption, and reduced maintenance and repair costs. Operating cost savings of up to 20%* are estimated, according to internal calculations.

The new technology is already being implemented in orders for ROITECH’s vibrating equipment business. In particular, RT-HS and RT-HX series screens equipped with a pneumatic system are already operating at coal industry enterprises.
These screens are also equipped with the ROITECH intelligent monitoring system, which ensures continuous monitoring of the condition of the equipment.
At the same time, both solutions can be used both together and independently of each other, depending on the tasks and requirements of the project.
ROITECH vibration equipment is a solution for the classification, separation and dewatering of materials in mining and processing plants and related industries. More than 200 units of vibration equipment were delivered in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Production sites are in China, South Africa and Turkey.
