Ribbon RUBBER CORDS

Rubber cord belts are widely used in heavy operating conditions on long conveyors and heavily loaded sections. Perfect balance of cable tension ensures the stability of the belt and the absence of displacement. The design of the rubber cord belt allows you to combine the property of strength and good lateral flexibility, which is necessary for the formation of a gutter. The use of additional belt layers reduces the risk of longitudinal cuts and increases the service life of the belt.
At the request of the customer, belts can be manufactured taking into account the requirements for heat resistance, flammability and frost resistance, as for special-purpose belts.
