Froth Pumps RT-F

Horizontal froth slurry pumps that are designed to pump foamy slurries or slurries with a high concentration of solids, the viscosity of which does not allow the use of standard slurry pumps.

Various modifications are possible for this series:

  • Using Different Hydraulic Part RT-AHF, RT-MF, RT-LF
  • Complete with a continuous air extraction system.
  • Use of seals that do not require water supply to the hydraulic backwater.
  • Complete with a wide range of bearing units with both grease lubrication and oil bath.
  • Possibility of using bearing units for vertical version.

Advantages

Continuous operation on the foam flow
A special design of the impeller is used, the blades of which partially exit into the suction pipe. The design reduces the likelihood of flow interruption in the suction of the pump, increasing its stability.

Suction efficiency
The inlet is significantly wider than the RT-AH series, allowing the impeller to capture the foam.

Flow deaeration
Specially shaped impeller blades prevent the formation of air locks.

Pumping of viscous slurries
The pumps in this series have proven to be effective in pumping very high density slurries whose viscosity does not allow the use of standard slurry pumps.

Interchangeability of parts
The RT-AHF/MF/LF series pumps are designed on the basis of the RT-AH/M/L range, which makes it possible to unify a number of spare parts.
