Ribbon GENERAL-PURPOSE RUBBER-FABRIC

General-purpose belts are the most common type of belts and are used on conveyors with light, medium and heavy operating conditions. These are tapes of classic design, consisting of an upper (working) lining, fabric pads, and a lower (running) lining.
The belt design can contain a belt gasket with a warp rated strength of 40 N/mm and a weft rating of 100 N/mm, or a fabric protective gasket with a rated strength of 200 N/mm on the warp and weft. Types of rubbers used in general-purpose belts: Y, X, W, Z (DIN 22102).
