Gravel Pumps RT-G
RT-G Series Horizontal Pumps (RT-GH) are a series of horizontal gravel pumps designed for the toughest applications. The pumps of this series provide continuous pumping with high efficiency of highly abrasive slurries containing large particles, and are characterized by low operating costs.
Various modifications are possible for this series:
- Possibility of completing with a sliding frame.
- Use of seals that do not require water supply to the hydraulic backwater.
- Complete with a wide range of bearing units with both grease lubrication and oil bath.
- Possibility of equipping with a high-pressure RT-GH hydraulic part;
- Can be equipped with a high-pressure hydraulics and a high-pressure RT-GHPP housing, which allows for high heads up to 100 m and a capacity of up to 14,000 m3/h.

Hydrotransport of large particles
The passage channel between the impeller blades, which is 300% larger than RT-AH, allows the transport of slurry with large inclusions.

Improved cavitation margin
The extended working cavity of the pump allows for improved suction capacity, preventing cavitation.

Low wear rate
The RT-GH pumps use low-speed impellers with a diameter larger than the RT-AH, which reduces abrasion and increases the service life of the hydraulic part.

Easy maintenance
The single-casing design of the pumps allows disassembly without disconnecting the flanges both on suction and discharge.
The sliding frame modification greatly simplifies and speeds up this process.

Extended service life
The 30% thicker design of the flow parts compared to RT-AH allows for longer equipment life.
