Ribbon WITH A ONE-PIECE WOVEN FRAME

All-woven (mono-gasket) belts are used in mines around the world and have a number of advantages:
• fire resistance and antistatic properties;
• all-woven single-layer frame without the risk of separating layers;
• high strength to longitudinal rupture;
• vulcanized joints with high dynamic and static strength;
• Excellent retention capacity of mechanical connectors;
• high resistance to impact damage;
• Immunity to acids, water, oils, bacteria and chemicals;
• Resistance to side wear.
At the request of the customer, belts can be manufactured taking into account the requirements for heat resistance, flammability and frost resistance, as for special-purpose belts.
